DNH Commercial Management Ltd was launched in late 2010 by Dan Hollis MRICS.

Dan has 25 years construction and infrastructure experience having held senior commercial and preconstruction roles with major contractors and clients throughout his career. A quantity surveyor by trade, Dan’s construction career has taken in a multitude of different sectors and builds, everything from prisons through to education facilities, acute hospitals, heavy infrastructure and highways. 

In recent years Dan has used this experience to move from main contracting roles to also work with clients within a regulated procurement environment.  This has included: steering the Port of Dover through a transformational change of their contracts and procurement function whilst simultaneously leading the procurement and commercial delivery activities on their largest ever single capital investment, the £250m Dover Western Docks Revival project; and helping set a national direction for construction for Police whilst working with BlueLight Commercial.
